NIXIE Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your NIXIE purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 14 daysof your delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags still attached
• Free from perfume, makeup, or any other marks

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@wearnixie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved returns will be issued as store credit to use on a future NIXIE purchase. Store credit does not expire.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
